Warranty

In order to file a warranty claim your mattress must be clean. Absolutely no stains or bed bugs. We cannot bring a soiled mattress into our building. You are responsible for transportation to our facility but we can help for a fee.

If you did not buy our box spring or frame at purchase that may be the first thing we ask you to replace. Mattress failure due to foundation failure or foundation failure due to a frame failure is not our responsibility. We will however, help replace them and make it right. 

Warranty is valid to the original purchaser.
