If your mattress is not the right comfort level — or your comfort needs have changed — we offer comfort adjustments on eligible mattress lines. Comfort adjustments are intended for comfort preference changes and do not indicate a product defect. Adjustments may involve material and service costs.


Eligibility requirements: your mattress must be in clean condition with no stains or moisture damage.


First 6 months after purchase:

  •  Changing the coil/going firmer or softer:
  • Twin / Twin XL: $250
  • Full / Queen: $300
  • King: $400


  • Pillow Top Add-On:
  • Customer pays the difference in price between the current mattress and the pillow top model.


After 6 months (through the end of the warranty period)

  • Service fee: $100 per year (each year after the first 6 months)
  • Plus: coil swap or pillow top pricing listed above

 

Example: Year 3 adjustment = $300 service fee + coil/pillow top cost.


Delivery & Pickup Fees (If Applicable):

Delivery is based on mileage and is calculated as:

Distance × 2 (pickup + drop-off)


Ways to reduce or avoid the delivery fee:

  • Customers may reduce delivery costs by transporting the mattress  one way
  • Customers can avoid delivery fees entirely by bringing the mattress to our factory


We use a mileage map to determine delivery pricing.
