We manufacture our own mattresses onsite and sell them in our showroom, adjacent to the factory. We know our products. We know what’s best for you, and understand exactly how each mattress is made, including the components inside.

Delivery
We deliver in the Rochester area most days of the week. Out-of-town delivery is based on mileage. We can dispose your old mattress for $55/item.

A warranty is used if our products or components have broken down or failed.

Charlie Dixon – Owner
Charlie Dixon's dedication to customer service began well before he started working with mattresses. He delivered papers for the Post-Bulletin and worked at Erdmans Meat Department cleaning equipment. These jobs taught him a lot about the value of hard work. He began working part-time at Rochester Mattress Co. making box springs and taking deliveries. Little did he know what he would learn there would shape the rest of his life.
The mattresses he worked with were well-built, meant to last decades. Charlie recognized how lucky he was to make and sell such high-quality products. He became so invested in the mattress business that in 1991, he decided to start his own business, Rest Assured Mattress Factory.
While Charlie does take his turn on the showroom floor, he spends most of his time purchasing supplies and paying bills. He handles most of the large orders for colleges, hotels, and summer camps. He enjoys watching his team help customers get a better night's rest, and sharing the business with his wife, Cindy and his daughter, Liz.
This was my first job in the summer of 2000 and I hated it!! My dad has always had very high expectations from me and this was a hard job. I was excited to get my drivers license so I could get a different job. I worked in the health care field for many years. In 2010 my husband and I moved back to Rochester and I needed a job. Chuck hired me and even though this was still a really hard job I worked harder and this time it meant more to me. I have slowly been taking on more responsibilities and one day, I hope to take over the business. Chuck and Cindy have moved to Arizona to be "snow birds" so my dream is becoming reality. I plan to continue growing Rest Assured just the way Chuck did and follow his business morals.
Brendan
A strong value system and commitment to customer satisfaction is one thing Brendan is extremely proud of at Rest Assured. An employee since 1998, he appreciates the value placed on family life and knowing his opinion matters.
Cindy
Cindy began working at Rest Assured in 2013, coming out of retirement to do so. She works part-time on the sales floor, sewing covers and helps keep the books in order. She enjoys the variety of work she gets to do, and likes improving people's quality of sleep by helping them select the right mattress.
Jake
When Jake came in to buy a mattress in 2013 and Chuck offered him a job. He began working after school a few days a week and now works full time and has the knowledge to do it all. Jake enjoys the work and the environment at Rest Assured.
Andrew
A second-generation worker at Rest Assured, Andrew has been making mattresses since 2014. It's his first job, and he loves knowing what goes into a mattress and what makes for a high-quality product.
Gavhon
My first job was at Spring Creek doing landscaping. A friend of mine came in to buy a mattress and he said the people were really nice. I applied for a job and began working here in May of 2018. I enjoy doing whatever I am asked to do but my favorite is manufacturing mattresses and box springs. I must be doing something right because they haven’t fired me yet!
Sheldon
A friend of mine told me Rest Assured was hiring. I came in and was hired that day. I started in the spring of 2018. Before this I worked on my family farm. I enjoy working on cars and taking care of all the vehicles here. I really enjoy this job and all my co workers.
Ammon
My older two brothers both worked at Rest Assured and I came on the team in March of 2017. I was trained by my brothers, so I know I learned from the best. I really enjoy the manual labor but my favorite things to do are quilt and mount box springs.
