If your mattress has a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it (at our discretion) based on the issue and the results of our inspection.
Warranties are intended for defects in materials or workmanship — not comfort-related concerns. (If your mattress simply feels too firm or too soft, you may be looking for a Comfort Adjustment instead.)
Eligibility requirements: your mattress must be in clean condition with no stains or moisture damage.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage or abuse
- Stains or moisture
- Improper support (incorrect frame/foundation)
- Normal comfort preference changes (too firm / too soft)

Delivery & Pickup Fees (If Applicable):
Delivery is based on mileage and is calculated as:
Distance × 2 (pickup + drop-off)
Ways to reduce or avoid the delivery fee:
- Customers may reduce delivery costs by transporting the mattress one way
- Customers can avoid delivery fees entirely by bringing the mattress to our factory
We use a mileage map to determine delivery pricing.
