Our Comfort Guarantee allows you to exchange your bed for something more comfortable, when it’s no longer right for you. Because we are a manufacturer, we can keep mattresses comfortable for a lifetime by making adjustments specific to you – or finding you a new bed that’s a better fit. 

Your mattress must be clean in order to use your Comfort Guarantee. You need to provide transportation of your mattress to our factory or pay us to pick up and deliver.

If exchanging within 60 days of initial purchase day, you can apply the total sale price toward another mattress. If your second sale price increases, you are responsible to pay the difference. If your second mattress is less than original, we will not refund you the difference. After 60 days of the initial purchase day (up to 1 year), $50 plus the cost of products apply. For every year thereafter, $100 plus the cost of materials apply.
